I'll explain 7:12, chances of Backpack_6 and Backpack_8 spawning are buffed by x35 in ghost town, so the odds of Backpack_6 spawning in ghost town is 1/264 and Backpack_8 is 1/396. All 19 other rare items spawn chance are buffed by x4620, for example, Raygun spawn chance is 1/831,600 usually, but is 1/180 in ghost town.
