    1) Fear to Loose something or fail.
    2) Reason to wake up should be very clear.
    3) Sleep on time at night
    4) Visualise at waking at right time
    5) Close room , No coldness
    6) Throw cold water at face.
    7) Drink Coffee, or tea
    8) Drink more and more water at night and avoid overeating.
    9) Massage oil in your body at night .
    10) Challenge yourself, you can do it. you have to do it. and You will.

    Pillow wala bat sach me sach h quki hmkhud ek bar aese normally soche while I was sleeping to hm ek bar apne pillow ko bole to hm sach me us din hm uth gye hmko khud wiswas nhi hua....... Or iske piche ka ye reason h ki hmlog bolte to pillow ko h but wo hamare brain me store hokar hme wo subh uthane me help krta hh...😊
