Episode 11 in a series on how to build a house alone.
It’s actually a very well written and comprehensive book ruclips.net/user/postUgkxhgbP-6hUnXu_QRaoHgLztgsI0YF3HqR0 . I wanted to pair this with an updated book on local codes to start planning a post-retirement dream shop. I think I have just about everything I need between the two. The extra plans available for purchase towards the end are priced almost as much as full home plans, not little sheds however.
As I sat in my recliner watching you,....I threw my back out, twisted an ankle, fell three times and puked up my lunch....You are a beast!....Love watching you work. Also, a bit envious...
Dude you have mad talent it took 3 men 3 weeks 10 breaks a day for them frame my neighbors house. You rock!!
The Dos Equis man talks about you at dinner parties! Great job!! I get tired just watching you. 👍🏽
Awesome work watch all 11 episodes great one-man work can't wait for the next videos to roll out
I just binge watched this and I have to say that other than myself, I would not want anyone else to build my house. You are the only other person I would trust to do it and believe me that means a lot. You have mad skills and heart. I am pretty sure your a Canuck, me too, and it shows in spades dude, in spades!!!! My hats off to you Sir!!!! There is only one other word I would like to say, WOW!!!!
Me and my wife just binge watched this series of yours. EXCELLENT!! You can do a lot by yourself if you know what to do and are brave enough to try.
My wife and I just watched the series and now she wants a divorce
@@noncredenti3021 So Funny 😂
I've worked on framing over 200 houses in my day. I've sometimes worked with a small crew. Like just me and my wife. You've made our best day look like we were playing with tinker toys. It seems impossible some of the things you did by yourself. I know how heavy some of those things are. Wow! Wow! Wow!
Astounding work of just one man! I'd like to see the house finished! Please post it!!! Keep up the good work!
I'm building a 30x48' shop by myself. When I get overwhelmed or anxious, I just watch your videos for inspiration! ...then get back to work. Thanks for being so inspirational, you're amazing!!!
My back started hurting just watching this . Mental and physical Endurance.
A man with a can-do determination ! One in a million!
I have watched from start to finish. I still can't believe it. Seems like you got it done in 10-15 days. You make the Egyptians look bad. I hope your a millionaire soon someday. Outstanding work ethic. God Bless and be safe.
Man you rock! I wish I had your energy. When are we going to see the finished product?
I've been building 27 years. I now do most jobs alone. Watching your vids reminds me why. Every move and action you take is planned and it just goes to show how smart you are. Work smarter not harder. You are amazing for sure.
Bravo! Excellent -very well done.
I learned a lot and was amazed at your skills. I live in southern California and I would rather adjust to the cold weather than the intense heat of the desert.
You are the best ! Ich komme aus der Schweiz (Switzerland) und muss sagen ,Hut ab vor deiner Leistung . Sah noch nie jemand ,bei dieser Kälte , alleine ein Haus bauen. Mach weiter so den ich schaue gerne zu! Gruß Dani from Swiss
und das ist jetzt erst halbzeit... du kannst dich noch auf ein paar spannende video's freuen.
elofos0815 hoffentlich
Wow, I'm currently learning German at my university and from what I know about sweitz deutsch, I fully expected that to be completly unlegiable.
After watching the available 11 episodes, I'm surprised you only have 9.9k subscribers. You are truly THE MAN! I can't wait to see the finished house. As someone else posted here, you are an inspiration. Keep up the awesome work, and may you truly enjoy the fruits of your labor.
Excellent Job !! ............. I think I'm going to need a nap after all that. Thanks
Amazing I'm working on my home and feel like I'd never finish since I'm doing all the work myself. Watching you has made me realize that not task with hard work is impossible.
You are a beast. I built a 200 sqft man cave over the course of a few weeks by myself. I was beyond wore out and that was a simple build.
You are the first person that I can honestly say you are my hero!
I'm a machinist by trade and son I wish I could just meet you in person

Really enjoyed watching a master at work. Wouldn't have believed it could have been done if I hadn't seen. Great work.
damnit man, back breaking job WELL done!!
Absolutely remarkable..... I’m totally speechless.
You are great and I enjoy watching video. Please wear safty harness when working on the roof
allan ho he’s a badass he doesn’t need no safety harness! Get out of here OSHA
I thought the same thing, he works super fast where I think one cable safety atleast to stop his fall clip on to a harness would stop him from some damage. He has zero vertigo.
allan ho the guy is a freak of nature. I having a feeling he would just stand up and continue working if he fell
Anyway, he is good and just wish him luck
Yeah he should definitely wear safety harness, my uncle is a pretty tough guy but he fell from about the same height this guy is working on and broke almost all his bones and had his brain swolen and some nasty stuff like that, luckily he survived but no one should challenge their luck just to feel more comfortable building on a roof.
sir you are a master of your trade and a exemple of dedication. after looking at your 11 videos i can say now that i seen the best representation of commitment.
You are a true minecrafter
Stop with this stupid video game childish bullshit. Get in the real world snowflake.

What a god damn legend.
Amazing skills and knowledge and experience you have. Plus a work ethic very few people have. How did you gain all that at such at such a young age???
7 years building a house? Wow, it would take me...lets see.....Forever!
Time for a beer..or 3..👍🏼👏🏼
Really impressive. But it looks like it a rather light strength construction, but I have heard thats how houses are in the states.
Good job man!
As an architecture student I can really understand the complexity that goes into a building like this. Very impressive work man. How long did it take you to build it? and how did you have it designed?
Great job dude... I just wouldn't want to live so close to the other houses.
That’s how all modern homes are being built. Right next to each other.
Great job !! respect!!
