I swear when I was in driving school they taught us to stop in both directions (no matter how many lanes) unless there was a median. Now I’m confused
I think the driving school is wrong. If you want to be sure, read the RCW.
Main issue I have seen is the turning lane one so many uneducated drivers who should be require to take a class every time they renew there license.
