Same! I remember leaving my school for the summer holidays and Levels would be on, or Wake Me Up, and most of the songs that I enjoyed were his. Avicii was part of my childhood as well, and it's nice to see someone else who had been impacted by him at a young age, too...

Wow, 2 years have gone by so fast, it feels like just yesterday i was pumped up for Tim's new release, while at the same time listening to his older music, which is second to none, no other artist has had the same impact on the world as much as Tim did. He didn't just care about his career, he also truly cared for each and every person around him. Tim inspired me to produce my own music and i couldn't enjoy it more! without him, i don't think i would've even started, or enjoy it nearly as much as i do. Listening to Avicii makes me feel as if i can make something great of myself. Tim will live on forever, his body may be gone, but his inspiration and soul are still with us, and forever will be. I think we can all agree that Avicii was Man of the Decade for EDM. He transformed the scene, made the genre significantly more popular, and he was an icon for PLUR. Although he's physically gone, he left a huge legacy. Rest In Power ◢◤
He was my idol... I still remember how I woke up one morning, went to living room, and said to my dad how I wanted to go to his performance, if he ever comes back to DJ-ing. That was exactly two years ago. My father legit pointed on TV, and there was picture of Tim and caption "Famous DJ passed away"... One of the most confusing days of my life. RIP
