I love Canada for it's chip flavours. The President's Choice brand is especially good as they have the "Loads Of" line (Which is just chips with a lot of seasoning) or the "World of Flavours" line (Which has unique flavours such as poutine, General Tao Chicken, or Thai Curry).

Not a religous thing. I eat to much junk, and just to much in general. I'm not fat, but I could stand to lose a bit. I just felt that I could use a bit of cleaning. Ive been reading up on the fasting thing and it seems to be great for cleasning and repairing, but not so great if weight loss is your goal. Due to studies, I think I will attempt to keep with intermitent fasting. Still new and experimenting to find what works for me. 6 hours to feed, 18 hours to fast. That should work. :)
