INDEED! Every year, the day after Thanksgiving I cut the back off the turkey & make about 100 oz of turkey broth. I freeze it in different sizes and use it until the next turkey is cooked. I use it in my turkey burgers, soups, chili, marinades, etc. My family members do it too now. I never have to buy broth or bouillon anymore.
