I’m watching this interview & I wanted to know what went wrong between the age of 45 to 53? He looked so happy & no pressure or demands on him. He was living in Dallas for years very happily from the sound of it. He was removed from temptation ,I don’t know .What with his addictive personality he would be putting himself in danger. I just wanted to know if anyone can answer me?

That’s a great question. I watched the Hardtalk 2002 interview where he sounded so great and so interested in the world. Then I watched the 2006 ITN interview where he was so angry , bitter and stuck in his own bubble.
