    Sir I think your S.F.D and B.M.D for propped cantilever beam is wrong because you are taking sign convention from right side .
    Sir you draw this S.F.D and B.M.D from left side sign convention .

      distance of centroid of udl from c which is half of distance l/2 (in this case) which is l/4
