Beautiful reading 💞 Energy exchange is something I've been made aware of during my most recent assention. I'm working on it at the moment. Over time (my whole life!) I've allowed my personal generosity to continually deplete myself.. I've been drawn to and freely given my all to emotionally damaged and energetically draining needy controlling people. Being loving towards them and trying to help them. But also eventually feeling energetically drained to the point of mental exhaustion and totally worn out by all of it Not realising why they seem to just dip in and out of my life. Using me when they need my light and energy. But immediately dropping me after they had thier fill. These experiences have led me to gradually assend. I've been put on a path of learning lessons through these people and the emotional pain I've encountered because of them. So I've now put myself into a deep hermit self love contemplation recovery mode. I finally ended up feeling mentally cold and physically ill. Not a good or natural space for my loving nature. How much you give of your personal life force and to who is not to be taken lightly. It really needs to be an equal exchange. Having my 90 year old mom with stage 6 dementia living with us, caring for her every need 24/7 can be exhausting/depleting and when I get breaks from it, I still think about the crazy things she’s doing/saying so I need to take my breaks not thinking, and letting that go for sure and focus on the many blessings I have. I have recently been more about self preservation and making time for myself and it's a good thing to do. And it truly is empowering.
