I don't understand how these people can still play on such high ranking accounts and not get perma quickly, that there are cheaters who spam new accounts is one thing but that they are not discovered quickly is absurd
Personally, I think only suspect 1 has enough in the video to fully ban based on the evidence. Suspect 3 and 4 would have benefited from more footage. I'm confident that they are cheating, but the replay doesn't get enough rock solid examples. I personally like to get 3 really strong cases. Suspect 2 doesn't have any cheat software as far as I can tell. They are definitely being boosted by the others. Krafton, in it's wisdom, does not ban for this. So based on Krafton's ToS this guy is doing nothing wrong in my opinion.

I'd say all of them. Even if one of them doesn't have cheats, he's still benefiting a lot from the pings and things the other cheaters are saying. They also never look anywhere else, they're hyper focused on those buildings, which is exactly what cheaters do when they know there's no one else around. A real non-cheating player doesn't play like that, they'd be looking at every building around them while driving by. Even more sus because the other guys weren't shooting, so there was no way to know that they were there.
When i look just on stats that only billy is sus (422.6 avg dmg from 210 matches u can usually seen at semi pro players). How much seasons did they played?
How about on the game play? Was Billy sus at all, or do you give them a pass? How about the others? At least one person on that team knew exactly where the players were. Stat's wise, I think you can pick out a few stats in there on most of the players that look pro level. A win rate of over 20% in EU FPP Ranked currently.
There's lot of those already, made by better players than me. The pure "cheat busting" channels are few and far between, so it's a better niche to focus on. The only thing that would ruin it would be Krafton getting serious about cracking down on the cheating.

It's true, but they'll stop getting master 1 ranked rewards, all their skins will be gone, and they'll also need to rebuy their PUBG+ either directly or as part of the account package they buy when they get a new account from the cheat subscription service. The best part is, it almost certainly gives their ego a kick in the balls, and will make all of us feel good about them being banned. 🤩

(Not recommended for legitimate players, use semi-auto instead, as 7.62x39 weapons are notorious for increased recoil; even CS Source pointed that out.) 4: Same as number 3, but with the Steyr AUG; especially with the Steyr attachment essentials (vertical foregrip and a compensator) and a red dot. Why is number 2 not reporting and flagging them? Every legitimate player that suspects their team mate's literally cheating has to report it in game.
You know the reason, they are being boosted by their Clan team members and play with each other often. While they show no obvious signs of cheating, they are getting the benefits of cheating via their team mates.
Btw, I reached the same conclusions as you. Number 1, 100% enough on this to ban. Number 3 and 4, I share you thoughts but don't think the video by itself is enough to slam down the ban hammer. It's not my replay, if it was me, I'd have spectated them for longer and I have no doubt that 3 and 4 would have accumulated more and more obvious signs of cheating through the match.
I am pretty sure that these guys are using hacks. They knew where were the players. I watch PUBG professionals videos. They don't even get the ideas where are the enemies and how many. But these guys.........

Looking at pubg report for streamer kills, they do seem to loose to the good ones (DanucD and LittleBigWhale) so it shows they are lower skilled with cheats boosting their abilities.

Well, watching them move, aim and shoot you can see that they are terrible at the game. Since they can see through walls though i guess it gives even trash like them a chance.
