- Hi, everyone! Today, I share my supplemental essays for Stanford University. Enjoy!

After my Common App essay video, I've been getting comments asking me to share my supplemental essays for various schools. One of the most requested ones was for Stanford! I know that writing your college essays is a long and frustrating process, but my hope is that by sharing my own, I can give future applicants an idea of how to go about the writing process themselves.
I had some pretty quirky essays. I wrote about BLACKPINK, Super Smash Bros, and Minecraft among other things lol.

I love how you were very candid in these responses! Usually, everyone is so formal and tries to use fancy language but these type of essays are most effective!

Hey don’t be stressed, just make sure you take care of your standardized testing like SAT and any subject tests required early on so that you won’t have to worry about them when you start applying to college.

Is SAT essay compulsory for admission in Stanford University? Thank you for the great video by the way. It was very helpful. 😊
the sat is optional this year, but specific requirements are available on the school website
The SAT is optional, but if you want to submit your SAT score then it is optional whether or not to submit the essay. They say that it is neither required nor recommended
college board is actually removing the essay part in june 2021. hope this helps :)
