man everytime i see a new rollout video, i hate myself for not filming the rolout here, and also for not taking any cans. Now im more determined than ever to grab what I can. Thanks for documenting this rollout extensively! And for saving bins. was the rollout due to contact reasons?
Recology decided it was time to have their logo on the carts in the places they'd been servicing for almost four years before this rollout. Ideally the burgundy WMX carts would be replaced with green ones but funny enough all the burgundy carts except for one never were replaced. My pleasure to document the rollout as best I could - took two Wednesdays off school and spent both filming all day! Was tough to save bins since I couldn't store them long term but I managed to keep 10 carts and distribute them to other Bay Area enthusiasts.
Damn it's really sad to see old carts get replaced but tubs are soft spot for me so rest in peace to the one in the truck
That PODC tub is in my possession, crew gave it to me
@@RecologySpencer good choice for them
Super awesome seeing this pop up on my feed this morning, really looking forward to more coming soon!
Oh yeah, monthly rollout videos until I've used all my footage! I feel equally as excited to finally upload it all after three years
Sad to see the old wm cascades go. Anyway, it was cool to see this documented Spencer. Great video as always!
Thanks Ben! WM Cascades were the toughest carts in this area by far, held up with little to know wear for decades
Great video Spencer happy Saturday night
Cool video well done!
Thank you!
Great video! I wish I could have got some of the carts from this roll out.
Thanks! Would've been great to have more carts preserved but I was the only filmer in this area to make an effort
@@RecologySpencer Yeah I hear you.
Stellar video! I think you understand why I have unexplainable beef with Recology Sonoma Marin…
Haha yeah tough watching the carts go
Awesome video dude
Sick! Sad to see so much history disappear so fast. Great work though
100%

Great video! Did you save any carts before the roll out?
Thanks man! I secured a few carts before the rollout and then the rest during the replacements from the crews.
