    Ingredients:
    300g ground biscuit
    200g margarine or butter (melted)
    250 ml heavy cream
    250g cream cheese
    120g powdered sugar
    120g coconut flour
    100g chocolate (optional - dark or milk)
    100 ml heavy cream
    How to make?
    1. Mix 300g of ground biscuits and 200g of melted margarine in a bowl. When the ingredients are combined, put the mixture in a mold with a diameter of 24 cm and press it down.
    2. Beat 250 ml of heavy cream with a mixer.
    3. Put 250g of cream cheese and 120g of powdered sugar in a bowl. Beat with a mixer to get a creamy texture.
    4. When a creamy texture is obtained, add heavy cream. Beat with a mixer to combine the ingredients.
    5. Add 120g of coconut flour to the mixture. Mix with a spatula.
    6. Spread the mixture over the biscuit layer. Cool in the fridge for 3 hours.
    7. Melt 100g of chocolate. When it melts, add 100ml of heavy cream in two parts. Stir each time to combine the ingredients. Pour the melted chocolate over the cream layer.
    8. Decorate with coconut flour. After that, cool it in the fridge for 1 hour.
