"how would you like living next to...." I did. Mt Shasta, 175 acres on Dale creek. It was absolutely beautiful. But after a little while I realized it's rather boring. There's not that much life in that kind of area. Soil is crap for growing. In summer you have many people using your property, hikers, dirt bikes, 4 wheel drive trucks. People assume rural land is for their personal use and love to tear it up. I now live near the center of Phoenix. More wildlife and way more privacy. 0.22 acres? That's called a "lot". That wouldn't even be a large lot in any US city. And it's not even a square lot, it's long and skinny. So you'd be as close to a neighbor as you would be in a cities. This type of development is common in the west. They're selling the idea.
your thumb nail says 14,997 still kinda steep for 0.22 and no utilities are there trout in that river can we use water from it getting closer to what in need yet still to pricey for a camp site

They forgot to mention the massive drug and crime in that area, $25k to drilled a well and super sketchy neighbors. SLV has the highest poverty rate in the state.
Im pretty sure it sold that fast. I have quit watching other channels for the very reason you said. 100% of the videos on that channel were already sold prior to publication of the videos. I called them out on it, they responded in quite the nasty way. Landio is a very reputable and trustworthy company. I hope this one situation dont turn you away from this channel. They are good people.

That river suffered massive fish kill, from mining operations at its headwaters. Ongoing problem.

Whoever bought that land had better be prepared for the brutal, brutal winters. My uncle owned a ranch there. Froze my butt off.
No joke. I visited friends one winter in Alamosa, Colorado, and everyone had big light bulbs under their car hoods to keep their cars from freezing.
