Dos documentales sobre una jovencísima Estrella Morente, uno en su casa del Albaycín y el otro en una cueva del barrio gitano del Sacromonte, además de una actuación en directo que bajo el título PASTORA tuvo lugar en la Alhambra de Granada.

Hace poco por los Gipsy me empecé a interiorisar de la música flamenca y escucho todos los días.a Gipsy.a Manero y ahora a estrella.maravilloso.desde córdoba.ARGENTINA
dato: muchos temas de La Mona, vienen del flamenco, por ejemplo "La Luna".
ESTRELLA MORENTE, ADEMAS DE SER UNA MUJER MUY GUAPA, Y ES MUY BUENA CANTAORA. GRCIAS.¡ ES UN PLACER VERLA Y ESCHARLA.
Amo yo este sentimiento, me parece que exterioriza el dolor que todos llevamos de una clase o forma parecida o diferente,
PERO SU ESTILO ES UNICO , LAS PALMAS, LAS COPLAS VALIENTEMENTE EXTERIORIZA DAS, EN UN CASI AC APELAS, PERO CON APOYO INPONENTE DE AGILES GUITARRISTAS,
Me parece que sus orígenes están vinculados con la influencia Arabe,
Me gusta, y deseo que aticen ese bello arte porque es bello y muy diferente a todos los otros ritmos que pululan por todo el mundo, aburriendonos , NO ASI EL FLAMENCO, VIVA ESPAÑA Y SUS ZAPATIADOS ,CASTAÑUELAS, Y FORMIDABLES GUITARRISTAS !!!

Fortunately the culture is for the whole world. Is so nice to see foreign people enjoying this, but, can you believe that not all Spaniards knows about flamenco and this culture? That’s pretty sad.

That doesn't sound so unusual to me. Flamenco is from Andalusia, where the Moors, the Sephardic Jewish people and others lived together peacefully until they were expelled by the reyes catolicos in the 15 th century.
The most influencial musician in Al Andaluz more than 1000 years ago was Zyriab - he was born in Baghdad. The Gipsys came to spain later, and they also came from the east - some people say their name means "people from egypt".

Flamenco is very much influenced by arab music - many people say that "Olè" is another pronouniation of "Allah"
Is feedback from the crowd telling the singer they really like what they hear. It also has a "proud" aspect to it "I like what I hear and you make me proud". Is a very good "well done there". At least that's how I've grown up to understand it being born in the south of Spain. The dictionary simply says it means to applause. dle.rae.es/?w=ol%C3%A9 I would say too that any sound made in this way has the same meaning.
