I enjoyed this but it would have been great to at least acknowledge disability in this conversation. There's a lot of "anyone can do it!" And unfortunately that's just not true. There are *so* many disabilities that restrict your ability to "just do it" and lose the weight.
There were a lot of other efforts yall made to be inclusive in this conversation but as a young woman with a disability listening to this it really doesn't feel great hearing "anyone can! We all can! Everyone can!" And if you can't... what does that make you?

Hey I totally get your point of view and you make a great point. This should have been spoken about. But this was a very natural conversation, where I felt like I was just talking to friends, wasn’t thinking of all the topics I had to bring up. And of course there will always be things that are missed. The point is to encourage you to achieve your goals, with any obstacle in the way. Of course there are different obstacles for everyone, and everyone’s situation is different, but not everything can be spoken about in an hour.
