Somehow I could relate and that’s why I am saying - I think it’s more ‘eating in moderation’ for you than ‘maintaining a healthy diet’. Honestly, a lot of things (food items/ingredients) are not really healthy even though we think they are (stevia for example or various frozen ‘ready in minutes’ food items). A lot of people follow influencers/content creators without researching properly. Therefore, maybe it’s better and safer to be little careful while using specific terms (just an opinion).

You can try regular wheat flour or jowar flour for pancakes instead of all purpose flour it’s basically moida. Also, I use organic maple syrup instead of sugar or any such. Hope this helps.
