Your "Say It in Swedish" channel has been "the definitive" to me on how to pronounce like a Swede (living and working), near the middle northern coast of Sweden. I have been listening and understanding with your background and knowledge in your videos about, how to pronounce words in a Swedish dialect. Your emphasis on pronouncing the alphabet words is "very important to people who are non-Swedes, that live and speak Swedish. **I like you background screen you have on this video. Very "Christmas Looking" -wintery view with the fireplace actually glowing and a background window outside view. Keep it in on your next video(s) and then change it for the next season for Spring.time. "God hälsa till dig." "Gud jul" och "Gott nytt år!"

Hej! Hur mär du? I try to learn Swedish because it's mandatory in our school here in Finland. Considering that Swedish is a second language in Finland. Very hard for me because I had learned Finnish language first.
Decided to learn Swedish and happen to come across your channel. Looking forward to learning Swedish as an American. I hear its one of the "easier languages" for us English folk.
In German, we also have the additional letters ä, ö, ü, ß but we don't say them in the alphabet, we just ignore their existence. We say "A to Z" and when we sing the alphabet we also leave them out. Do you guys actually say them in the alphabet song? You do sing the alphabet song, don't you??😳 (Please tell me you sing the alphabet song)

i’ve recently discovered that you speak German too and i would like to ask, would you say that the German Ä and Ö is the same sound as the Swedish Ä and Ö or is there a difference in pronunciation? even if it’s just a very small one? tack!:)
Men Halländska och skånska säger inte R ljudet (English translation) But in Halländska and skånska thy don’t really say the “r” (with is an aria in Sweden in the southern western part over skåne on a map skåne is the most southern part of Sweden)
hmm, I think Swedes are in the wrong when they pronounce French J with an H-like sound, it's really not the same sound as how French pronounce "journaliste", in my opinion it's not even close... The closest sound I can think of from my own language is the Hungarian "ZS" sound.

In the seventies there was this children's educational tv-programme: "Från A till Ö - En resa orden runt." "From A to Ö - A journey around the words".

I'm not from Sweden but I learn Swedish and yes, these letters are included in the alphabet and the ABC songs.
Yepp, they are the last three letters in the alphabet, there is no Ä or Å under A in the dictionary ;)

The difference is small, but Ä and Ö in front of R have slightly different pronunciations in Swedish that doesn't exist in German.
