To me Lila is the most amazing character on General Hospital of course their are a lot of others but the sweetest is Lila. She always knew what to say and how to make you feel better. Plus Anna Lee is beautiful when she was young and still looked the same when she died.
Jason/Steve and Robin/Kim always bring out the best in each other. They still gives each other that special look. Jason always tell Robin how much he appreciates her. True soulmates and always will be.
I started watching GH in 1983 (yes, I'm old, LOL!) and was a regular viewer until about 2001, when my husband became ill and needed more and more care. He died in early 2004, and I stopped watching GH for almost 4 years, so of course I missed Lila's passing and the memorial service. Glad I happened upon these videos of the show's tribute to her. I do agree with other viewers that it would have been more fitting if John Ingles had played Edward instead of the other actor, but that was a studio decision. Anyway, thanks for uploading, even though I'm very late getting to the party as it were!
You're right, Jason loves Emily and Monica too, but the side Jason shows with Lila is completely different than with anyone else. Jason has gotten angry with all of these people in his life at one point or another, there have been fights and arguements, but other than the one split second of shouting when Jason first returned home after the accident, Jason has been nothing but sweet and gentle with his grandmother, he never yelled or argued with her, he would always be soft spoken.
It's obvious that Jason didn't love ALL of Q's but he clearly did love Lila and Emily a lot because they accepted him for who is and didn't try to force him to be something he isn't anymore....
Jason could be a common thug or an idiot or a cold-blooded killer, it doesn't change the fact that he adored his grandmother, that when he could or whenever he came back to or left PC, he would always go visit her. Jason loved his grandmother, and if there was one person who could get Jason to do anything, it was Lila.
No AJ died in 2005...he had absconded with some of the family fortune in 2003 I believe or was it 2002...and he came back into the picture when Kristina, Machaelm, and Morgan were all kidnapped in early 2005...and then he ended up being murdered in the hospital.

Anger? More like grief, Anna lived a long and wonderful life, of course its sad she died and will be missed. Anger was hardly appropriate or intended.
