The correct way to make imli paste is-paste ko ap bowl me dalein pani dalein aur microwave krlei for 5 mins...then wo warm ho jb hot nhi warm tb apne use haath se squeeze kr kr k beej aur reshe alag krne hain naki sieve ke help se ...ap hath se alag krlein wo clusters me niklenge aur fir jo pulp bcha hua h wo ap paka lein till its thick ... u need to add lal mirch and kala namak thats it....boil it for 15 mins wo thicken hokr ublne fir unme sugar dalein boil it more and for texture ap usme thode beej daldein it gives a good experience to eating ...u can leave it in the same vessel taki wo thande hojaye ...wo jitna thnde homge utne thick honge......store it in a glass container preferably and enjoy for good 2 minths while keeping it in fridge...also apne gol gappe me dal k khane k liye ap warm b dal k khalein it ll taste good as well...
