And when the car gets stuck in traffic, it charges passengers for traffic and gets all the money, but only about 0.45 cents to the driver. And when it arrives, it takes 5 minutes, which also charges passengers a lot of money and gives drivers 0.07 cents. Lyft and Uber need a thorough investigation
Why do you trust Lyft and Uber to hold your money and keep balances in those accounts! I frequently get that money into my bank account. Why do you do that? To save 50-85 cents?
same thing happened with my dad, they kept $2500. Im going to file a lawsuit against them since its been more than 2 months and none of their team members has come forward to help us with this issue.
Happened to me four years ago. Always a phone call NEEDING YOU TO GIVE THEM YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION. Do not answer live phone calls and contact support via text should you get anything.
It should be someone from Lyft customer service agents for sure. And Lyft even don’t bother help you, they don’t care. Lyft is itself very unprofessional!!
You have a job that requires nothing of you except driving a car. Lyft and Uber have given jobs to ppl who couldn’t do regular jobs, had social anxiety, etc. They also provide a service that has revolutionized the country, saved thousands of lives from drunk driving and has been an overall gigantic part of the economy. Same thing happened to me last night! Thank goodness I realized something was up. “Lyft” called me soon after I accepted a ride saying they received a complaint saying I wasn’t the driver using the account and needed to verify my identity or I’d be kicked off the platform. He further tried to convince me he’s from Lyft when he knew the vehicle I was driving and the person I was supposed to pick up. But when he told me to cancel my current ride and I would get 10 bucks to compensate the cancellation. I didn’t realize it was a scam but instead thought it was a customer trying to save himself a couple bucks for me to cancel the ride instead. I got to the destination and the customer was a no show then I called Lyft customer support. Lyft told me they were trying to hack my account and steal my money. I was perplexed that Lyft doesn’t warn its drivers on this scam.

I was waiting for a passenger and they cancelled that ride and asked questions ( nothing to do with my bank information) and everything was okay that day but the next day my express payout method was changed and I can’t change it back and haven’t driven for Lyft ever since.
I got scammed for almost a thousand dollars then i didn't know they had my account express hooked up to they card until today, so i lost almost 2,000 dollars and I'm sick. I feel broken.
I think they checking for the people that’s running it up like 1600 a week this just happened to me last night I got it back after 2 hours but I think they still watching I think it was those Indian dudes that I took to New York a India guy named Neil we get to NY and they like nah just let us off here I’m like ok

Uber has a procedure and they freeze your app and untill you take a selfie and upload is stays like that! Some insiders from Lyft are in this for sure!

Happened to me - $1200 gone. Reported to Lyft, no help. Glad you posted this video and agree they should have better safeguards to protect drivers.

You got that right. Lyft doesn't give AF. I tried to dispute a claim a driver made about me, and they totally took the driver's side
