If your speed potion is about to expire at the end of your turn, you can drink another speed potion and it will immediately end your turn and make you lethargic, but lethargic will wear off at the start of your next turn because you are hasted again. You must remember to drink the potion as the very last action you take in the round (so after attacking etc) as it will end your turn automatically.
our friend here pretty much explained everything with haste potions you can skip the lethargic turn it but it wouldn't work with the spell variant just speed potions also haste grenades are good to if you loose your haste you wouldn't go lethargic also they don't stack with each other on the hand terazul does but be careful with that you can get stunned 2 times in a row (sometimes I get brain rot while editing don't know what I'm saying)😂

How are you not entering, what is called in English, this state after haste expires, after drinking the next haste potion?

If you have admantine scimitar as your main ahnd weapon, does that make you ignore slashing resistance while in slayer form??
I don't think any Items effect slayer only the shape shifters boon ring but you never know Until you try it 😅I need to test it
