I don't know how good binary is for mental math but it should be super easy to write a bunch of shit you know on paper and add it up. Same thing with division, it may not be nearly as easy to memorize but it is much inherently easier on paper than any other notation unless you know it really well. 12 x 48 is an example I can do in my head about as good as binary 12 x 40 = 480 and 12 x 8 = 96 so 576 is your answer. If you did this in binary it wouldn't be as easy in your head but it would be a breeze on paper. 12=1100 and 48=110000 so that's 110000000 + 11000000 = 1001000000. It's much easier but it's still obvious why people don't use binary as their regular math base, visualizing a bunch of 1's and 0's isn't optimal for counting money, or trying to do lightning fast calculations.
thank you for this simple clear explanation! its really hard to find cs content that is explained in normal english accent nowadays the youtube is full of these hindus with their ambiguous accent.
Remember they are binary so don't think of them like decimal 101 and 1000. They are actually 5 and 8 in decimal respectively, and 5 goes into 8 only 1 time.
Bro took "I don't waste time" too seriously.
😂😂😂
finally someone who isnt yapping, i dont have to watch a 10 minute video for this bro😭
They be yappin in another language meanwhile my exam starts in 30 min

Ikr
thank you for being so straight to the point
Bro you're a Life saver you got yourself a devoted subscriber👊👊
Andy, you're a great teacher. Your tutorial really helped me to teach my students.
Now am a member of "TEAM ANDY", subscribed.
Dude, this is going to help me immensely with my IT quiz tomorrow. Thank you so much!
seriously speaking
thank you with all my heart
If this solves my problem for dividing a number with 1 bil digits, then you sir are the man.
Finally! Someone went straight to the point!
Thank you so much I have a quiz today and this operation is the hardest out of all of them
I am from Russian. It’s the best presentation, bro! Thank you!
Can you make a video on calculating cube roots without a calculator?
Thank for going straight to the point myG...can you do division of binaries that have decimals
cant believe Chris Evans helped me with my Logic Design exam
Thank you for not making it hard to understand, jesus why everyone make it so hard to understand
bro thank you for not wasting time that made sense

Thank you very much. Straight to the point
Excellent presentation
Finally understood this topic thanks a lot bro
Uh..finally...Thank you so much for great explanation ❤🎉
best explanation ever
Its cool how excited he is loved the video thanks man
Wild how much easier long division is in binary
Ohh Man! this is cool and easy to understand! Thanks man
Only video that helped me learn this really quick tbh
Thankk you so much this video helped me alot😭
Thanks very much, I like this, so helpful
how can you use a 2 in a binary problem?
2 is just 10
Bro this what i needed
Thnkx a lot mehn , quickly understood it
What degree do you have in math ( if you have one ), and how many different types of math do you know?
thanks bro understood very well
FINALLY OMG YOU SAVED ME
101 goes into 1000 like 9 times….. yes but the based is one since it’s binary we talking about so the based can only go up to 1?
Remember they are binary so don't think of them like decimal 101 and 1000. They are actually 5 and 8 in decimal respectively, and 5 goes into 8 only 1 time.
thanks bro nice explanation
thx very much sir you are the man
wow this was so precise
i like this
Thank you sir 🙏
Thank you bro!!!
Cool and simple
4.4k views with +8k likes ??!!!? How is it even possible..
Why is 5÷195 = 39
(1:45)
it is 195/5 not 5/195
Umm, why 001 at start?? You can't use use directly 1 which gives 101 and easily subtractable from 110?
101 can't fit into 1
101 can't fit into 11
101 is less than 110
Thanks a math lesson in 2 mins 1 sec👍😊
Bro did bring down alot of ones 😂
U good tar yam👊
Nice
Great🎉
FJck that i will convert to decimal then divide, unless... i am making division in a cpu
😂😂110-101=1 uhhh😰😰😰
Finally something that's not made by a pajeet 👏
Really amazing 🤍🤍🤍
