Love this new series! Great three games to start with. Bought our MM over 20 years ago and it's still in our collection.
Looking forward to the next in the series!
Thanks so much, I really appreciate that.
The great thing about the judge Dredd rules are it’s not just “shoot x, y, and z shot 3 times” but every mode has different kinds of shots. The drop targets, the sniper tower, the newton ball, and the ramps are all included in different mode shots.
I couldn't agree more mate. So many great shots on that game.
Have been looking forward to this first episode since you hinted at it. Very entertaining as always Mr Gonzo.
Thank you so much, sorry it took so long. The first one was always going to be a big edit so hopefully it will be easier from now on.
Been excited for this series since you teased it a few vids ago. Thanks for producing and sharing all the pinball content, cheers from Florida!
You are very welcome my friend. Thanks for tuning in and hope all is well in sunny Florida.
This is fun, looking forward to this series
Thank you so much
Great video... I still miss my Popeye machine, but I had to sell it to get BM66.
It's a good choice . . . . I'll definitely be reviewing that
Excellent new series! I look forward to watching future content.
Thank you
My first home pin was Roller Coaster Tycoon & the wireforms _slower_ than uncoated ones. So …
My question is: After coating the JD wireforms, did you detect the balls rolling even a bit slower? 🤔🤷♂️✌️
Enjoyed the video, good to see Popeye getting talked about, a machine that would never leave my collection, if you ever do want to play another mine is pretty much immaculate and fully working and your more than welcome to come see if you can save olive. I have a Pinball magic and a transporter to compare it too as well 😅
Hi Joe, thanks for the comments mate.
Where are you based.
@@GonzosPinballFlipperama Suffolk/Norfolk border on the coast shoot me a PM if you ever this way.
You should have gone the whole hog Cris with the Top Gear table: how does the game play under Wet, Moist and Dry conditions. Wet = over 5 beers, Moist = under 5 beers and Dry = tea total. My faves are AfM and ToM.
😂😂😂 You're absolutely right.
Right with you on ToM!
@@SpencerPlanton Great minds think alike Spence 👍
Great video again mate! Whens the next live going to be
Thanks Jimmy, I'm not entirely sure mate. Possibly a couple of weeks because they require a bit more scheduling
Love the Top Gear rating board -- did you license from James May?
I'm not sure he got the licence from my history teacher at school 😉
Haha love the reaction of your kid!
Thanks . . . . It's a great memory
Do you miss it when it leaves your collection. Definitely deserves a large weighting score..
It's certainly a big factor Kenny.
Great idea! I'll be looking for notifications on new videos from this channel. Personally, being quite amateurish at playing, I think Attacks from Mars is a bit more enjoyable than Medieval Madness (since you compared these two). I wonder what pinball wizard Craig thinks. I'd probably put Theatre of Magic above both of those, and I really wonder where that one will land among the others from the 90s.
Thank you, I really do appreciate that.
Theater of magic is an interesting one. Whilst I know the game well and probably can assess it. I've never had one here so technically I can't include it.
Attack From Mars will be high up and I can tell you now that Craig prefers it to Medieval Madness.
@@GonzosPinballFlipperama Very interesting, looking forward to more videos!
@@GonzosPinballFlipperama Oh, here's one little thing that I think I am possibly the only one who cares about: how well does the theme fit the act of playing pinball? I'll give Medieval Madness a good point for this one, because you are quite literally playing the "catapult" or cannon bombarding the castle. I also give Theatre of Magic points here, since the theme clearly goes very well with a magic trickster making a metal ball disappear and pop up again in all sorts of ways (also shown in the art). Machines based on rock bands and such can be fun but do not really "fit" the same way. Just a little pet peeve of mine, ha ha :D
That's really interesting actually.
So World Cup Soccer would be a good example because the pinball is the football which has to be kicked into the goal.
That’s exactly right! The list it’s full of flaws, doesn’t reflect personal preferences, shouldn’t be mixed between 90s and modern games, nevertheless, it’s an important indicator of overall community most appreciated games!
Like you I also have a list, artwork, audio, personality and uniqueness:
TOTAN, CV, TOM, TBL, Alien LV, IJ, Hobbit, GNR, POTC, Transporter
Don’t own STERN but if I did Deadpool, JP, Godzilla, Elvira, Avengers, Iron Maiden, Stranger Things, Tron are cool games...
This guy needs to shut his mouth
@@dalegladwin1906 Don’t agree, he’s free to speak…I assume that’s who you referring to because I only write!
I really do need to get Totan into the cave and learn it. I suspect I'll really like it.
@@GonzosPinballFlipperama It’s a beautiful machine with a peculiar layout and a lot of interesting hidden features, you would love it I’m sure!
Can't wait to see where JP pin ends up. Might trigger some ppl. Haha
😂😂 I'm frightened to do it. I will rank higher than some popular games I can say that much.
‘Bashing the Castle’?
Is that a pinball euphemism Spence? 😂
😂
@@alho9231 Undoubtedly. 😁
@@alho9231 Ahhhh - guilty as charged! 😁
Tony Malloy thinks ACDC is the ultimate best game - he has 9 of them.
He does love that game
Idk.Medieval Madness Relies too much on Gimmick And Humor.
It doesn't have Bumpers. How can a Credible Pinball Game not have Bumpers
You talk too much
