Everything has been beautifully, yet simply designed to provide a space which is functional and without excess, yet still provides a feeling of luxury. Plants, drawings and lovely lighting features throughout the home help to accentuate a sense of art and creativity.

I would want a shower not a tub, would extend the ground floor covered patio to the entire length of the tiny. Is lacking a bit of storage as well. Would also prefer some more privacy in the bedroom from the lower level in case you have guests.

My thought too, also it adds living space even when it's raining. I'd also like to see more storage somehow. There is some for clothing, but Holiday ornaments, camping gear, and other miscellany? When there is not storage room , things become cluttered

It started out as a shed, but my uncle added insulation, electrical, laminate floors, drywall, windows and blinds, an extra door, and a tiny porch. Right now It's just an empty space, and I've been searching the internet for a way to make it a home. This is perfect! I can finish the ground floor in about 2 weeks and have an upstairs put on it. I like that for once the staircase in a tiny home, actually has a proper staircase railing and with it being on the correct side. Too often they have a rail on the wall side with the opposite side open to the possibility of falling. This one, the layout of the stairs with the twist is also great. To add a pop of colour, I’d consider adding a pretty wallpaper design on the white trends of the stairs. A stick n peel wallpaper for flexibility. I couldn’t see power points on the kitchen benches. The design of the kitchen was nice, great that it had a full size fridge, hot plates/stovetop and oven. Nice living room and fireplace. Bathroom - love that it had a bathtub and shower over it. Upstairs bedroom was wonderful in that you can stand upright rather than being a gorilla crouching. Nice wardrobe + desk area. Great to have a balcony verandah. Back to downstairs and the entry - the decking downstairs with the covering is one thing I’d change - I’d not have colorbond tin roofing, instead I’d have clear panelling covering as it would still provide shelter from the rain, snow, heat but it would allow sunlight in to the entry and living room. With the cover that is there, it tends to darken it. Overall, I like the design a lot

However, there's no storage, no room for a washer/dryer, and what is supposed to be a closet is only 2'x5', I call it a walk-in because I can fit one toe inside.

It's a really cute and functional home. It's been beautifully designed - even a space for a desk! However, I'd definitely need more kitchen cabinets... perhaps the breakfast table can accommodate some. The only other thing I would've done differently, is lower the bathroom and laundry ceiling so as to have less steps going up to the bedroom; especially at a retirement age, one needs to avoid that many steps. I do love how the two bottom steps angle the way they do. There's no wasted space - unbelievable planning!!! I believe I could move in without second thought🤗 Thank you so much❣️

O que eu acho legal de ver esses vídeos é ficar imaginando como seria morar numa casinha como essa com seu namorado haha.

Very nice, but a damn shame that not even these tiny, economic houses are affordable to the average person.

a tiny home is likely the only home ill ever be able to afford. all i want is something like this on some decent land that i can garden on & grow fruits & veggies. i love how this one actually has stairs. we have pets & a vast majority of tiny homes i see have ladders, which yknow ok maybe the cats can get up it but the dog cant lol.. i would just make that white bathroom tile on the wall match the floor.. & maybe make things more colorful (im a maximalist). & id need a space downstairs instead for my computer (not good to sleep "where you work"). i would also extend the lower patio a bit at least to cover the full side of the home, as well as replace some windows with larger windows for more natural light (maybe even a sun/moonroof??). & uhh im not sure about the sliding door to get in lol id want an actual door im maybe just paranoid like that haha

Too many windows. I'd also nix the deck for a library. Also, I'd feel rather vulnerable with all glass sliding doors. Otherwise, it's a cute little home.

I'd do a screen porch on the ground floor. If someone comes over it's more inviting them walking through your bedroom. I find that front entrance award.

this is nice. can you make another similar to this but with another bedroom on the ground floor and fully extending the front porch?
