I was thinking when they banned hedge trimmer in summer the ragwort would flourish and spread to the fields so that's why it's an epidemic at moment. Ragwort becomes more palatable to livestock after topping or spraying
My advice regarding the ragworth is to gather a handful of gossins, show them how to pull it and let them loose into the fields. Be a few pound for them when theyd be all pulled.
@@Clarkesfarm isn't that the truth. They don't know what it's like being out in a field stacking hay bales or in the bog at turf. It was hard work but we always had the craic.
The ragwort is very annoying would have made nice silage all we do is just top it with disc mower too clean it off eventually it goes after the topping I would wonder about maybe a power harrow with the air seeder or else just an air seeder
Ah it’s a disaster when it ruins a field. Doubt we will just have to graze it off and top it. Funny we did discuss a power harrow aswell. It’s all money too though 🙈
Hi lad that was a great video of you doing that in the land 🎉🎉🎉🎉keep up the great work
Cheers lad. Appreciate it

I wouldn't bother buying the grass sticther. There is plenty of contractors with them.
But would it be worth buying one for people to be able to hire and use it themselves?
Sheep!! Pm me 😂😂
