Great review! I bought Tomorrow’s Filmmakers because I couldn’t afford Full Time Fiilmmaker though I wanted to go towards the business side more such as social media, travel, product videos, etc. Hopefully I can learn these things from the course too!!
Super helpful. I love that your a Christian too. Parker Walbeck is a Mormon. I eventually would like both courses. I am a student of AOD (the Art of Documentary) Modules One & Two. They are amazing and seem very different to what the two courses you talk about.
Great comparative review. I'll. I originally wanted to but FTF but it was just too far out of my budget. I caught TFM on sale, and like you said it was a no brainner. It's comforting having access to so much Knowles about film making redirecting especially for a newbie. I've been got my first R&B video shoot coming up. I'll be studying. Again awesome review.👊🏾
Thanks Micah for this video, you've done a great job. I really enjoyed it and helped me making a decision regarding these 2 courses 😊 Keep creating, keep filming. Blessings!
Thank you so much for this review, you did well explaining and comparing it all in such a short presentation, and I left feeling like I know what would be the best decision for me to make!
Thanks for this Micah! Getting Tomorrow's Filmmakers because of you, through your link! I really need the course as you'll see from the awkward videos on my channel. Thanks again!
Great great review man! We have a similar journey on getting these courses. Hey brother what state are you in?? I'm tuning in to your video from Oregon. Fulltime filmmaker has great resources for where to buy equipment for all budgets. Their recommendations have saved me alot of money cause I don't have to second guess myself with what I'm buying. They are good at recommending excellent equipment resource links.
Always wondered who the audience really is for these courses. Seems like it's aimed a lot at younger beginner filmmakers. I'm 24 and been doing corporate video work at a production company for quite some time now but I'm still wondering
I had bought the fulltime filmmaker whe it was on sale for 600 and the tomorrows filmmakers when it was on sale for 97. I was like "LESS THAN 100 BUCKS FOR LIFETIME SUB??!!" SIGN ME UP!!
Thanks for sharing Micah! Helped me a lot for making my decision - I'll buy both. I feel like Parker Walbeck is more straight forward when it comes to teaching the work process and communication part. You feel the same?
If anyone is on the rocks everyone who teaches these courses has a crash course for about 25 bucks or so so you can get your feet wet and build that portfolio in the process of your studies.
I was about to buy Tomorrow's Filmmakers, but I have absolutely zero interest in having religion intrude in my learning experience. I am not a Christian. I have never had a religion. I am not interested in adopting one whatsoever. How much do they beat that drum in their lessons? Because while I have nothing against people practicing their religion, having it pop up in a course that has nothing to do with religion is absolutely a deal-breaker for me. Can someone fill me in, please? Thanks!
@@itrollallot9780 they're both like youtube videos behind a paywall. They go fast and don't go in depth. You'll just be more confused and have 997 less dollars.
Thanks a lot for the video, what's the difference between: 1. 90 Day Filmmaker - Lifetime Membership . 2. Tomorrow's Filmmakers LIFETIME Membership. They both have different prices as well as different landing pages.
Thanks for the question. 90 day filmmaker is a course designed with a specific schedule of content for you to follow for 90 days in order for you to go full-time quickly (Ex. Week 1 - Basic Fundamentals, Week 3 - Building a Demo reel etc..) The Tomorrows Filmmakers Lifetime Membership contains all of the general content (all of the sections: Basics, Travel, Directing, and a good portion the business section from the 90-day filmmaker course etc..) but no schedule. The Lifetime Membership has more content (100+ hours) but it does not include all of the business content included in the 90 day filmmaker course. So if you are serious about jumping into filmmaking and enjoy a structured week-by-week way of learning I would go with 90-day (you can get both 90-day and the lifetime course for $600 now I think). But if you want the most value and the most information, (while still getting some of the business side) the Lifetime membership is the way to go ($100). Hope this helps ;)
There is a product video section in Tomorrow's Filmmakers. But there is also a separate product video course that I heard about by Austen Paul: www.productvideocourse.com/ . I don't have any experience with it but it looks pretty good. Hope that helps -
Great review of the two courses. I’ve always been eyeing Full-time FM but because of the price 😩😩😩…. I guess I have to start with TFM. Thanks 🙏 Subscribed!!!
Tomorrow’s Filmmaker is awesome. I purchased both the full course & the 90day business. Justice is Awesome
What’s your thoughts on the 90 days course? Any advice mate? Cheers

Yeah, you won't be disappointed! Tomorrow's Filmmakers has a lot of mini-courses dedicated to the business side as well.

I wouldn't know, but religion doesn't intrude into the Fulltime Filmmaker courses.
@@LycanVisuals I ended up buying the course. All good. Thanks for the answer though!
Full time filmmaker is most skilled Artist and very talented guy.
Full Time Filmmaker is 100000X better in every aspect no question asked.
Can you explain why?
No it isn't

I’m sure thank’n the 97 bucks is gunna get my wallet out fer sure! Thank You for the “compariables”. Is that even a word. It is now! ;
Are they interactive? Do they grade and review my videos and offer input?
Does full time filmmaker show Davinci resolve editing?
Yeah it does 👍
also, do I need to enroll and watch first then go buy a camera and lens? or the other way around?
That deal has ended now and tomorrows film-makers costs a small fortune for the full course!
I do believe the deal is still on. You can check it out here: courses.tomorrowsfilmmakers.com/p/tomorrowsfilmmakers

is there a 3rd or 4th option? just wanted to focus on product videos and neither of these two offer that, is that right?

What about 14 days filmmaker? Have you try that yet?
I haven't tried 14-day filmmaker yet. It looks like a pretty good option as well though -
That clock in the background is super distracting
Do they also teach photography or just film making ?
Full Time Filmmaker has a photography section taught by Nate Taylor.
They provide certificate Also Or not?
I do believe you can request to get one after you complete each course.
Bro please make ur subject atleast one Stop brighter . Rest is good!
Why is your frame so dark and your audio so echoey? I think you watch the courses again 😂
