I don't know about everyone else, but after having 2 Radion G5''s on a multi-light track for a year, I find the light spillage into the room to be an eyesore. If it's a living space you will have light projecting into peoples eyes when they are sitting in chairs or glare on televisions etc. It's also quite bright so the whole room is bathed in glowing blue/white light. I'm going to mount these into a hood with holes cut out for ventilation for this reason.
bought a mount for the gen XR15 gen5 5 and it has a massive sag/bend in it. Why is this still a thing in 2022?? How do I go about getting a mount that hasn't got a 15degree over bend in the RMS arm?

hi ; why most people who owns radion g5 set them up higher than 8 inches from the water, beside getting more spread why is the main reason?
Does this work for the older generations too? I’ve been trying to save up for G5’s but can’t get caught up lately. So stuck with first gens
Yes! - Pretty much any light source will increase in spread with distance - however it does reduce the light intensity and spill.
