Members of Congress Read the U.S. Constitution, Preview (Part 1)

On the second day of the new Congress, members of the U.S. House of Representatives read the Constitution aloud on the House Floor. As members prepared to read the document, there was some procedural debate over whether to read portions of the Constitution that had been later amended.
