I know it is winter but the front of the house turns me off and suspect that there is no real curb appeal (grass, shrubs, plants). When I looked for my new places over the years, if the outside didn't draw me in, then I probably bypassed it. Curb appeal is as important to me as is the inside.
Imagine if a WASP American was trying to sell their family home in Portugal. Where strictly culturally American (suburban Walmart? 1960's Colonial?) decor was trying to appeal to people buying a sizable home -- young, Cosmolitan couples + professionals, etc. We would have culture-shock, on the opposite foot. Ruth rightly honors + respects her Mother. She responded intelligently + well to Sophie's lessons. Happy for + with her!

I would have put a dishwasher in. Wouldn't have cost that much.

seen. 100 Times better!
What do you think the main reason was to why Ruth's property didn't sell?
it's cluttered
The decor is overwhlming and atrocious.
Too dark, dated and cluttered.
Why can't they speak english? They've obviously been here for years.
