I wish she would have said more as to why some don’t produce or have more hydrocloric acid in the stomach-she said the Doctor told her the lack of it in the stomach brings on macular degeneration & causes other things as well. She said it’s explained in one of her books. I take Lutein for eye health. I wonder if Suzanne discusses cataracts in her book & if she’s ever had the procedure to remove them.
Suzanne was a shrewd businesswoman & boss while alive. When Caroline cuts to facts about products for sale, it's similar to a talk show host announcing the need for a commercial break, even though having fun with the other co-hosts, guests & activities. Maybe it would help if you could look at it that way. Caroline fulfills many other roles both while on the videos & after they've wrapped. She really never had time to be as light as the others. Now that we have sadly lost Suzanne, if Caroline does add more warmth & humor, she gets criticized for not mourning enough. I greatly admire her and all that she has done. I like her perdonality, too. I'm not trying to criticize you in what you stated, just looking at it from a different angle.
I bet Suzanne sold more products by hardly ever mentioning the codes and products then all the sales pitches combined. She had such an effortless and pleasing way of selling without it seeming like she was selling. It's an art and definitely her gift. So much charisma.

That’s what glamorous show business people do. They are a different breed of people as many would not only not be able to command attention but would have no interest in doing so. Not everyone is an entertainer. I personally can’t see being an actor & dealing with all of those crumb bums in Hollyweird so the desire to do so must be pretty great-but if one does make it by getting lucky breaks & all that, they sure do make alot of money. But again, it’s not for everyone.

Demanding in a business like Hollyweird when experience is only getting started and making a name of oneself find that they are a liability and won't be tolerated. It's a harsh lesson early in the game. You pay your dues first and earn what you demand.

Well, it’s a huge bowl of meat & it’s being done by hand. Some people use kitchen tools to shred it but it doing that, the meat will be of a different texture. Preparing good meals is not always quick. It’s a ton of work. I cooked for 7+ people for about 10 years & worked Downtown in an office from ages 18 to 28. I made everything from meatloaf to spaghetti to pork chops & much more AFTER work as I was a legal guardian of 4 kids. Sometimes I’d have to buy the meat after work before coming home & dragged the groceries home after getting off the bus. So after that was over & I still had to cook for my own kids, I never entertained again as that drained me to no end & still think about all that drudgery but people do have to eat so obviously I continued to cook. Bottom line is all that shopping, preparing, cooking & cleaning is a ton of work if you want to eat right. It’s extremely time consuming even with tools. Chefs & cooks make it look easy on television & in videos & all that but it’s far from being easy. And people slow down in the kitchen considerably upon aging.
In seeing these old videos, Suzanne asked for another drink. It appears she drank too much of which it’s been said is no good for those who have had breast cancer. It looks like both Alan & Bruce also like their cocktails. I lived in an alcoholic home & saw how they rolled so it’s not hard to figure this out. Alcohol is progressive but some can be functional for years while others can progress to the point of being a sloppy drink where you’re no longer able to work which can happen to many. Such a shame but this does run in Families.
