Anya Gallaccio is a Scottish artist who creates installations often working with organic matter. Her use of organic materials result in the natural processes of change and decay, meaning that the artworks evolve through the duration of the exhibition. Her work challenges the traditional idea that art should be a static, unchanging object within a museum or gallery. Instead her work lives through the memory of those that saw and experienced it. This film records Gallaccios's instatllation on 23rd November 2024.
