This little known Western has ideas that are valid even now that can bring peace to this troubled world of hatred, conflicts, battles, violence and deaths. If we keep seeing our fellow men in terms of their and our different ethnicity, we will continue to be entangled in hatred, conflicts and so on. As the sheriff in the film states his advice, if we see our fellow men as fellow men and not their ethnicities, humanity has a glimmer of hope for evolving into higher specimen of humanity in future than what humanity has been in the past. Th'e movie holds hope for humanity's survival in peace and progress. This movie is Hollywood's answer of a resounding YES to the query often raised by filmologists, viz is Hollywood and its perennial favourite genre, the Westerns, relevant for the world's peace and progress. Spaghetti Westerns full of violence and sex may have taken over the American genre's worst aspects but not the perennial values of the Hollywood Westerns, viz love of nature and particularly land and its scenic landscapes, flora, fauna and natives, courage, adventure, curiosity, freedom and respect for decency and fair play in human relations. Hats off to all the members of the production crew of this film.
