I understand and I'm happy to see they're trying to please us Mahvel heads but in 2020 they were planning to have regionals to figure out spots for other top players besides the four titans. So the fact they wouldn't have at least a top 8 ToC is very disappointing. Especially because they are excluding the mvc2 pioneers who kept playing the game, who kept labbing, kept pushing the limits, coming up with new tech/combos, posting up content, etc.......these people deserve a shot at playing the Titans. Since they're in their own 4 man tournament, most likely they will not participate in the regular mvc2 tournament.......... Most likely this will be the last big mvc2 tournament at Evo, we deserve a chance to see some legendary matches possibly happen. There could be more "Evo Moments" made in this tournament similar to last year's 3rd strike with over 1100 entrants and with all the Evo Moments created by Hayao's antics/pop offs. I hope Evo rethinks about this and sets mvc2 up to be the best Evo in awhile.......there is a chance of that happening if they just listen to the fans. We want the chance to see khaos go against the Titans. We want the chance to see the Titans face the top Dawgs from after their reign......we want to see who is the mvc2 god after 25 years of Mahvel 2 baby!!!!!!! #FreeYipesVsKhaos !

There are way too many limitations, it really falls down to long combo strings, there's less okizeme, less mixups, you can't improvise for the shit of you, no movement while having HUGE moves and the game is designed incompetently. It's not the worst fighting game, but it's still not THAT good. The best thing about it is the graphics.
