There is no Palestine. They're Jordanian refugees.
There was NO Palestine state in 1948. Before 1948, the land was just a colony that was passed down by numerous empires. So called 'Palestinians' were in fact just trouble-making Arab immigrants and NOT citizens of a sovereign state and therefore had no rights to say who can or cannot live on the land. Most Palestinians are in fact descendants of Arab immigrants from outside of the land that were let in after Muslim Turks invaded the land in the 7th century. If we for arguments sake just go with what you´re saying. It´s all true, I´m not disputing any of it, for this conversation.
1.) How is this history relevant to the situation today? To be more precise; what does it matter if there never was a palestinian state before? Every nation state on the planet once wasn´t.
2.) How does this never-a-state justify what is being done to the palestinian civilians?
Please note, I´m not looking for you to give an argument to convince me. We both know that won´t work. What I´m looking for is to know your own inner reasoning, how you are TO YOURSELF making this make sense.

AMP is the main benefactor of SJP ( Students for Justice in Palestine). Several members of AMP’s leadership, were former members or associates of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF), the Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP) and KindHearts for Charitable Humanitarian Development. In 2008, HLF and five of its leaders were convicted of providing material support to Hamas.IAP was dissolved after it was found civilly liable for providing material support to Hamas through propaganda efforts, and KindHearts was disbanded after a settlement with the US Treasury over material support to Hamas.

The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution protects a citizen's right to assemble freely or come together in public. This means a defendant can challenge California Penal Code 407, 408, 409 allegation by saying that acts were protected by the Constitution.
Freedom of assembly doesn't include encampments, barricades, and preventing other students from going to class, or impeding others' ability to move around campus.
