i agree with you on Clionadh. I know the palettes will be great quality, but I can't pull the trigger due to the price. If I had less eyeshadow and I knew I would use them a ton, maybe it would be worth it, but I have too much as it is.
I tend to think of whether I can’t wait for a Black Friday deal. The latest fantasy cosmetica collection is an example of this. The Dede signature palette was a quick buy for me, 15 duochrome palette for under £50 plus I got free postage when I picked up two holographic shades. Great deal imo x
I just picked up a few waterproof mascara's just to compare and contrast them, It's really difficult to find brown waterproof mascara. I could find two, but the rest were black. I'm thinking of the new Rare Beauty Fevoted as I don't have a true red in my collection. Other than that I keep thinking of trying the Jones Road foundation, nut their mini balms burned my face with their ginger oil when I tried them, so that purchase might go to the 3 drops from Ritual De Fille.
@@zeldatwinkletoes5022 If tubing mascara works for you as a waterproof (I know it’s technically not, but it ends up working about the same for me), the Elf Lash XTNDR comes in brown now. And it’s a whopping $7.
I don’t mind all shimmer palettes. I have palettes that are all matte. Dede Signature just came out with an all matte palette last month that matches the new shimmer palette perfectly.
I bought Paleo. I’m obsessed with dinosaurs and geology and even if I hated the colors I would have had a hard time resisting. I also got Legend of Ardra, and now my wallet is taking a nice long break. 😂
I was really looking forward to the Colourpop blushes, but then I swatched them in store and was disappointed. They don't look how I thought they would. I liked the lightest shade so I might grab that one.
Linda! You mentioned mustardy swampy colors, and I need a recommendation! I’m on the hunt for my perfect Dijon/baby poop colored palette. I’d love suggestions! My favorite shades for that kind of thing are the the PurxRawBeautyKristi palette, specifically Copper Boxes, Bee, and Camelot. I’m just worried that palette is getting old
I have found that the brand Nomad has been coming out with palettes that really speak to me! I will say I'd love to try a Clionadh palette, but my pocketbook says no, 😂 Big hugs gf!!!
You chose the same two Clionadh palettes that I'm drooling over, but I have to wait a bit, because I just purchased Unearthly's ...Don't Be JELLY palette...just received it yesterday and it's just GORGEOUS!!!!! LOVE your videos! 😊
Girl you e got me craving new makeup! Especially greens and oranges and unique colors. I was looking for something totally unique and new to me as a makeup-head and guess what I got? A Maqpro Fard crème palette with all those colors! It’s been super fun to learn to use, I’m amazed at the uses for the sheer green and love a crème for my 47 year old face!
Nothing is really tickling my fancy, either! I think the bloom has come off the rose a bit for everyone with Glamlite. Churning out lots of IP collections, but nothing feels particularly special or memorable, ya know? Last month, I got my Sephora birthday reward and bought some minis of my holy grails to take with me on my vacation in September. That's it. Hoping there may be some interesting eyeshadow releases in the fall (from Viseart and Natasha Denona, especially), but otherwise, I'm happy making good use of my current collection.
I’m needing some lip pencils, and that Oiden’s eye palette is quite pretty. I’m not needing another new palette, though. I’m basically on a “no buy” with respect to makeup. I still love it, but don’t need anything. But DANG those Cliona palettes…❤️🔥
I’m waiting for the Bella Beaute Bar launch this month (2 eyeshadow palettes & a blush palette), and will also add some of their liquid blushes to that order. I’m also interested in picking up a few of the new Hourglass liquid blush drops… At some point, I want to try the L’Oréal Infallible bronzer, blush, and highlighters, but I’m waiting until the latter hits store shelves… Then, if Melt Cosmetics drops anything new… 😂
The 15 shiny shades for $55.... I don't think all palettes need to be complete palettes, but I will no longer spend that kind of money on a palette I can't use by itself. I like mixing and matching, but if I'm spending $55 and can't use it al0ne, I'm out.
Glamlite has turned into “makeup as merch”. I like some of the older palettes I have from them, but very little of their IP collab stuff appeals to me at all.
@@GlitterFallout And I reserve the right to be a total hypocrite if they ever happen on a fandom that speaks to my soul (probably not gonna happen, though. Hitchhikers Guide is not really a makeup-friendly world…)
Glamlite lost me once they started with the IP collabs, they're uninspired. I miss the days when they did food themed palettes. I've always wanted some Clionadh shadows, they're stunning.
Western makeup is really getting boring, I'm looking more and more east. Girl Cult is fabulous and Shellwemakeup too. Their new releases really tempt me! I have one smol Palette from each of them and the quality is fantastic! Since they are based in asia, their formulas just work for hooded eyes. No extra fuss, just regular primer. Check them out! Btw would you do a top 3 palettes/ top 3 formulas? I'm super interested what your preferences are. I've just cycled through my collection and revaluated my paletted. Eye opening!
I was excited about that chucky collection but once I saw it revealed I was not impressed. I honestly just want the pr box itself for display purposes and not the makeup inside it.
Glamlite lost me with all the horror collabs. Hoping they stop with the primary color and monochrome palettes. In the meantime Ensley Reign has my attention.

I cannot be the only one that thinks the Rare Beauty Powder components look like toilet seats!!! lol
🤣I hadn’t noticed, but now I can’t unsee it!
OMG I can’t unsee it! 🤣
Can't unsee that now
Well, you’re certainly not the only one now…
Ok, now that's all I will ever see forever more.

$55 for 15 duochrome/multichromes shades is actually pretty good imo.

I love the “soft & crumbly” 👍. You could always add “super freaking rock star” below that line. Just thinking out loud. Loved the video darling girl.
Soft & Crumbly Super Freakin Rock Star. aka SACSFRS. I guess I need a better acronym. 😂
The Clionah (yeah im aware ive no clue how to spell that) palettes are pretty. Id love a shop the vibe type video inspired by one or more of those.

Ok, but Don't Be Jelly is one of my favvesssss!! I hope you love it. And thank you so much for the sweet words!

Right?! They're so, so pretty.
I got a beautiful lip shine lip balm from YSL for my birthday 🎉
Happy birthday!!
