    Can you talk more about situations where the flush comes in on the turn? It is very fraught with two streets left to play and the nuts not likely to change. I also couldn't find hand examples like this in your book.

    Ty for content as usual. 39:17 is that really a give up?Opponent will call us with most bare flush draws which we are obviously doing well against. We might even have enough equity vs two pair given the very low spr. What does solver think ?

    • @petedupre85
      @petedupre85 Год назад

      Villian 3bet and called 4bet, KQJ very favourable board for them, often we're basically dead (straights and sets) or atleast very fair behind (2pair), best case scenario we're flipping

  • @jarppe123
    @jarppe123 Год назад

    42:10 AKK8ss: Would you turn hand into bluff on more blank river like 9s? So there would not be potential straights we lose against as well.

    • @JNandezPoker
      @JNandezPoker  Год назад +2

      A lot less likely. Might be a case of randomizing at low frequency, so we still have some bluffs. Our turn calling range is very overpair heavy (given we 3bet pre and called turn) so we want to turn some of those into a bluff. Some opponents will never call with Q+diamond blocker and some will, correclty, find the hero call. So it also depends on our opponent.

    • @kakerandelin
      @kakerandelin Год назад

      @@JNandezPoker I would've prob never bluffed on that runout, just amazing. I tend to go for the safer side too much on these kind of river spots as it's often pretty tough/impossible to evaluate whether opponent will call with Q or not with limited info. Would you say that the check back on the flop is standard? I clearly need to add more hands to my check back range... thanks!

    Do you ever fold aces? I keep getting tilted after building my stack at 50/1$ or 1/2$ running aces into some random card like j923ss who raises and gets it all in with me then catches trips straights etc. i do only play one table at a time due to limited funds and want some advice on how to avoid getting tilted when these things happen? Do you ever fold a hand like AA59ss?

    • @damianplasencia2708
      @damianplasencia2708 Год назад +2

      AA59 has so much more equity against j923 (64% vs 35%). I would be wanting to get in as much money into the pot if i knew i was up against that hand. You are being results oriented

    • @Eugene933
      @Eugene933 Год назад

      @@damianplasencia2708 so i guess just get on with the bad beat and play it normally? It seems most of the time i get my AAxx hand in it gets beat with some random straight or a trip deuces lol, thats pre flop all in btw

    • @jlbcredit2397
      @jlbcredit2397 Год назад +2

      One tabling because of limited funds doesn’t make any sense, it just means you’re playing stakes that are too high.
      Play stakes you’re actually rolled for and you won’t care about losing when you get it in almost 2:1 favourite.

    • @Eugene933
      @Eugene933 Год назад

      @@jlbcredit2397 i guess thats true, should i try to play lower stakes on few tables at a time and try build my bankroll? Im about 4k- now which isnt great lol, i have won a tournament which was 2k but overall im at a negative due to getting on tilt too much i guess and not folding when i should in certain scenarios as im pot commited
