There are a lot of range buffs in the game, if you are trying to see who gets to the highest round, infinite range becomes useless because Super VSTG + Permanabrew is already that. Infinite projectile size means towers with multiple projectiles like Tack Zone, Sky Shredder and strongest of all, Ultra-Juggernaut always hit. Imagine a godbooster Ultra-Jug on a map like Encrypted or Sulfur springs with every ball hitting the bloons every segond
towers that tewtiy should've gotten sentry champion's explosions would've hit the whole map absolute zero would've slowed down the entire map the final harmonic would've pulled bloons from everywhere lol
