    रेसिपी मराठी महाराष्ट्रामध्ये असे वेगवेगळ्या प्रकारच्या
    माश्याच्या डिश बनवल्या जातात जसे कि सुरमयी, फिश करी, फिश
    फ्राय आणि यामधील एक नॉनव्हेज लोकांना आवडणारा आणि
    मोठ्या प्रमाणात खाल्ला जाणारा प्रकार म्हणजे बोंबील फ्राय.
    बोंबील हा एक माश्याचा प्रकार आहे जो महाराष्ट्रामध्ये कोकण
    भागामध्ये जास्त प्रमाणात बनवतात तसेच देशाच्या काही इतर
    भागामध्ये देखील हा पदार्थ बनवला जातो. या माश्याचे शरीर
    एकदम पातळ असते त्यामुळे हा मासा शिजण्यासाठी देखील खूप
    वेळ लागत नाही आणि मग हि रेसिपी देखील पटकन बनते.
    Like pickle, the thought of dry fish makes me
    salivate and everų fortnight, I will cook some to
    complement our meal. Once again the versatile
    "go to" recheado masala comes to the rescue in
    reating this tempting, delicious dish. Bombay
    ducks have their own distinctive flauour, but when
    combined with the spicų-sour recheado masala, it
    just leaues you speechless, crauing for more.
    Addition of various vegetables including potatoes
    balances the excess saltiness, simultaneously,
    creating a substantial side dish. Trust me, this dry
    bombil masala will definitely be among your list
    of fauourites.
    Fresh bombaų ducks are sun-dried on clotheslines
    in the dusty beaches. They need to be thoroughly
    soaked in lukewarm water to get rid of any sand.
    Rinsed and wash well through a colander. Irepeat
    the aboue process four to five times especially
    when the dried bombils are thick. The sand gets
    lodged in between the various folds that comes off
    easily with soaking. Moreouer, water helps get rid
    of the excessive saltiness too. A quick and easy
    dish to prepare especially with pre-ground
    refrigerated reacheado masala. Spiciness,
    sourness, saltiness with a hint of sweetness, all
    singing on the palate at the same time.
    Ingredients:
    12 large drų bombaų ducks (bombils)
    1 large onion (sliced)
    2 long green chillies (chopped)
    1 tomato (chopped)
    4 large cloues of garlic (finely chopped)
    /2-inch ginger (grated)
    2 tablespoons recheado masala
    2 to 3 tablespoons vinegar
    4 medium-sized potatoes
    few coriander leaves (chopped)
    2 tablespoons oil
    salt

    कट करून घेतलेले सुके बोंबील १ वाटी.
    कोथिंबीर( तेलामध्ये परतवून घेतलेली ).
    चिरून घेतलेला १ कांदा ( तेलामध्ये परतवून घेतलेला ).
    ७ ते ८ लहसून पाकळ्या ( तेलामध्ये परतवून घेतलेल्या ).
    ३ ते ४ हिरव्या मिरच्या ( तेलामध्ये परतवून घेतलेल्या ).
    आल्याचा १ तुकडा ( तेलामध्ये परतवून घेतलेला ).
    कडीपत्ता.
    तेल २ टेबलस्पून.
    चवीसाठी मीठ.
    हळद १ टीस्पून.
    लाल तिखट ३ टीस्पून.
    चिकन मसाला १ टीस्पून ( optional ).
    गरम मसाला ( optional ).
