It's great to see this ingenious repair to an otherwise irreparable, rare and expensive crankshaft!
Your beautifully devised, engineered and installed components ensure that this crankshaft can now return the bike to the road.
As a former motorcycle mechanic and motorcycle workshop owner I respect your high standards of workmanship and very well equipped workshop.

Interesting technique. I used to turn back to clean steel and build it up with a type of rod called “ machineoweld” as I recall, then cut new threads. This looks strong and no heat affected zone.

Yes deflection will be at minimum over resting point. To get the greatest distance it would be best to rest at the outer edges of the crank and measure at bearing location, that will give you the maximum deflection distance.

But couple of questions, 1) did you end up heat treating those threaded rods and nuts? 2) why didn’t your cut off those damaged threaded and drill a shallow centre hole and weld new threaded rod and chase with a die? Would that’ve been easier than pressing and pinning? And wouldn’t have had to cut a key way?

Lol , the dial gauges are running almost on top of the rollers ! You aren’t measuring how much runout the crank has , you are measuring how oval the journals are . The rollers need to be much wider ( like on the threads ) , but I doubt they are true enough to do that .

There's no substitute for accurate machining, and this video is no substitute for it either! You need to dial in your lathe tailstock so that it is concentric to the chuck for starters, then ensure that your drill bits are properly and accurately ground, you must have at least 0.5mm (20 thou. If you are a Yank) runout on each main journal.
Once the engine is rebuilt the best you could do is donate it to a lonely lady for vibratory purposes.
If, however you are a very young lad just starting out then good on you for trying!
