- The 2023 Monster Energy Supercross Series gets underway this weekend at Angels Stadium of Anaheim and defending Supercross Champion Eli Tomac says that he's, "ready to let the 2023 Yamaha eat!"

Man he is just so engrained and attached to that bike, amazing to watch.
Smooth as silk ! Like butter ! ET3 is one of the greatest champions our sport has ever seen.
I’m in no way whatsoever trying to take away, or put him above, the other great champions, but ET3 deserves to be right there at the top with ALL of them !

The way he hops into turns gracefully and gets the power down is a thing of beauty. He looks super comfy. A1 should be fun to watch!

Hes gunna pass RC this year for more supercross wins heck maybe even James Stewart he might be 2nd all time leaderboard behind Jeremy McGrath on supercross wins.

A champion in his prime
Could watch him ride all day! He keeps his rev’s up so smoothly! Feet on the pegs most of the time. Top technique, making it look effortless.

Damn. He’s keeping both feet on the pegs in all turns. Made skills and everyone is starting to copy him. ET3 is by far the goat of this era
It’s crazy isn’t it. Imagine the discipline and practice/confidence of keeping your feet on the peg’s going into them corners and berms

Oh absolutely I agree… but I’ve watched him MANY TIMES hit the deepest and sharpest ruts and still not letting off.

I always thought that new ‘23 Yamaha looks so ugly but once you slap some graphics on it looks pretty good
He rides like he’s on a rail smooth and fast and when he puts on a charge nobody can stop him he’s one of a few I’ve watched do that and can win at any track they have made so watch him your going to see his greatness come out soon.

Swap, why is your camera quality so much better than the network? It is so clear, and you can see the depth of the track better. And no, I'm not complaining about the coverage, im super pumped that Peacock has the contract agin🤙
Tomac Is fast, smooth and has really good timing. Somehow he finds speed where others dont. He has almost the same racepace as Herlings nowadays. Good on him and on american supercross/motocross !

Crazy to think that most athletes with an injury like he just had never go back to there sport and retire way early! If they do they heal for around 11 months give or take and yet this guy got back on the bike in less then what? 6 months!! To make him even more of a machine, it was his left side that got hurt. Thats much worse then the right side! Right side your moving your ankle up and down to break the rear. The left side your switchjng gears constantly, not just moving it up and down but also doing a c motion to get under the shift lever. Then add the big facter that he has to pull his upper foot section upwards to up shift!!! I couldnt imagin the pain all of that motion causes him on the bike, even now! And again he was back on the bike in less then half the time then most others. Just shows how strong and determined this man realy is!! Dont matter if hes 1st or 10th ET3 will always be the guy i love to watch the most!

It's like they have figured out how to get the bike to corner even better then the steel frame guys. He now looks to the field how Duggey and Webb use to look to the field.
He’s letting Chase know he was gifted that SX championship still running that red #1 lol
What I have learned is… there will be someone better, always someone who wants it’s more.

The reason why he is so fast is because he has riding down to a science. He doesn't push his limits trying to be faster than everybody. He just rides within his means of perfection which means consistency and accurate execution

Notice is foot position, now. Almost a hybrid between on the balls and in his arch. Definitely looks to be landing in his arch, now. I was looking to see if he would be using the pegs with extra portion to help avoid achilles strain/injury. Instead, it looks as if he is modifying his foot position.
That bike looks super light for some reason I have a feeling they made changes in 23 I'm just saying
