The game enclosure was built to raise chukar. For those don't know, it's a taste game bird that lives well in desert like areas. The deep creeks hold alot of treasures Thank you for the videos
@user-ld5xh8fq1s Ok. I can see that. Thanks. I figured maybe something bigger 🤔. I can't wait until I can get back there. When it's cooler, of course. Thanks again for your support, Raymond.
Those spider webs could have been a scare tactic to keep you from those last few gold nuggets Curtis. 🤔 Yup, they'd have kept me away too 👀☺️😆. I'm a spider sissy 🙀
Very cool! We're planning on running the Pony Express in the next 6 months and were thinking of staying a night near Gold Hill. This was very helpful and convinced us to spend a night there
The fencing is probably put up because there are a lot of mining shafts in that area! Great video I am going to Mt Wilson Ranch but might leave early and stop and visit Gold Hill. Thanks for a great video
@@rayon3383 It was definitely an animal enclosure. I should have shown it a little better. You'll see it for sure if you make it over there. It's pretty big. Way more than any mine fencing that I've seen. But what a great area for adventure. The town reminds me of The Hills have Eyes 👀. Thanks for watching 👍.
@AdventuresOfRogersAndHenderson I didn't see anything obvious. But I wouldn't be surprised if there is. I need to go back when it's cooler. I wasn't well prepared that day, but I had to see Glod Hill. Thanks for watching 👀.
Thanks for the video, I watched one where you stayed the night at Skinwalker Ranch. What was the campsite you stayed at? It was in a pretty good forest area, me and my wife are going there in a little over a month. Thanks!
@BryanWoodDHHS Nice, thanks for watching. Just north of the ranch is Lapoint. And from there is another road that heads north to Paridice reservoir. Beautiful National Forest with lots of places to camp. I hope this helps. If not, let me know.
Thank you guys for watching this video. I plan on going back here because I didn't get to explore everything I wanted to.
Fabulous I loved it
@traceyfinn1355 Thanks, Tracey 😊
Superb videography!
Thank you. 👍
Great video! Love hearing about the history. Been there a couple times, but didn’t know all the history.
Thanks, Stacy. Great little ghost town. I keep hearing more about the town. I'll probably have to go back now. 👍 Thanks for watching 👀.
Thanks for another great adventure! Your videos are REAL and authentic, and I appreciate that ❤❤ keep them coming
@@chantelsandberg801 You're very welcome. Thanks for all your support.
Gold Hill seems like it could have a few more secrets than we know of 😉 as a lot of ghost towns I guess. Great video
@wayalife8239 I think so, too. When it cools down I hope I can make it back and look around a little better. Awesome place. Thanks for watching 👀.

@h.bsfaithfulservant4136 I hope there wasn't any gold in there either. But if there is the spiders can keep it. Guess I'm a spider sissy too.👍

@fossilize_llc Well, you should have a blast. There are lots of interesting places to visit. Try not to go when it's too hot. Some great solitude. 👍

Just moved from Utah now in Arizona would love the opportunity to meet up with you and explore some of the places
@ShannonPascoe-p2p Sorry. I guess you moved to Arizona. Not Utah. I know we aren't going south until wintertime. So maybe then.
@@offroad801 I used to live in Utah and just recently moved to Arizona let me know when you are out here

Cool video! Any infrastructure or remains of the railroad that came in, that are still visible?
