I loved the inner child imagery! Therapy has taught me that keeping that part of ourselves addressed in a healthy way is good for long term emotional resilience!

Thank you for this comment! I haven’t ever been to therapy but I agree, we are our inner child just with more years of life and we too often try to quiet that part of ourselves in an attempt to fit in socially. Social media chooses what’s acceptable and what’s not and usually things that relate to our inner child are “unacceptable” and I think that’s why so many people struggle with mental health today 🥺 thank you for watching! 💙
