Fair play to you, with out a doubt you are the number 1 window cleaning RUclips guy, Most people would run a mile from taking a job on like that, your vids are great and what I love is that the content is always different, can’t watch another guy clean the same window over and over with the same technique.
White Knight Thanks for your comment. I’m glad you enjoy my channel. I do try to make it as varied and helpful as I can. I do a lot of different things I suppose in my job, and it’s good to share my experience.😃👍🏼
I’ve done a few greenhouses in the past and they can be a right nightmare. I always point out how fragile the glass can be and explain I’m not responsible for any breakages. Great job Ashley👍
Wow that's a big greenhouse. Did my mums and that took over an hour and is a third of the size. Fiddly but with patience did a good job with pure water inside and out. Mopped the frames internally after. 👌
@@aemackintosh No not with a 3000 psi turbo nozzle at 6 inches away 😂, that would be abit silly 🤪.... just a low pressure fanjet nozzle, does a fantastic job 😊..
Hi Ashley, try a mix of titans green and vision mixed together with water 50ml titan green and 15mls of vision in 5-6 litres of water, works amazing as a pretreatment.. cuts through grease grim, dirt bird droppings and tree sap like butter
PMA Window Cleaners Fair enough. It depends how much the customer is willing to pay to have their greenhouse cleaned I suppose, but I probably should have said something nearer that sort of price.😃👍🏼
Hi Ash, I’ve be asked to do something similar. How did you find the wfp brush with the overlapping glass? Did the brush get in between the glass to clean it?
A.E.Mackintosh Cleaning Services thanks Ashley, much appreciated. I suppose I could follow your advice on the “under promise, over deliver”!!! Thanks again, keep up the good work.
White Knight Steve Marsh It is a great brush for windows, if a little heavy. The trouble is with the Unger kit, there aren’t so many adapter options like swivel neck or dual adapter etc. But I love it for any heavy duty type on jobs.😃👍🏼
RH Think I charged £75 in and out. Turned into a bigger job than I thought to be honest. Took a couple of hours, so way under priced in the end. Lesson learnt.😃👍🏼
Hi Ashley, nice therapeutic job there, I’ve got a similar job I’ve asked to do, would you mind me asking what price you roughly charged for this? Would help me out a lot. Thanks
MrAlexdavies89 I charged £75 inside and out, but it was too cheap in the end. Inside was especially awkward and you have to be so careful of the glass as it’s quite fragile.😬👍🏼
Thanks for the reply Ash really appreciate it, you did a good job tho 👍🏻 Maybe around £100 ish might be substantial I’ll try for. Thanks again keep up the good work 🏡🏠
@@aemackintosh you did great mate I've a client who asks me from time to time and is a rickety timber frame.....nail biting to say the least😣😁🌈 Andrew. Great video's as always Ashley 😊 and thanks.
Nice work & nice job, great vid as always Ashley. But all these add ons & extra services, tools & equipment, not to mention EXPENSE. Am i just the only cleaner, who ONLY wants to do regular domestic monthly maintaience cleans? i dont even want houses that cant be done without an 18ft gardiners extreme pole? dont do gutters facias, dont do conny roofs, dont do driveway, dont do insides. Just bread & butter regular monthly cleans, all on gocardless so dont even need to speak to the customer. text night before, rock up, do clean, away. Repeat 20-25 times a day. when you can earn £30-£50hr just doing this, why bother with the additional hassles & hard work involved
paul Well that’s the great thing about being your own boss and having your own business, you can take it in whatever direction you want. Or not, as the case may be. Keep up the good work.😃👍🏼
ben cavanagh I charged £75 in and out. But I think it was under priced and it turned into a more difficult job than I realised really. Not really worth getting the skyvac out for just the little bit of debris. I could reach most of it with my long arms anyway.😃👍🏼

Richard Everingham Nice one. It does take a bit of care and patience that’s for sure. Especially inside, so many bars in the way across the glass!😃👍🏼
We get asked to clean a alot of greenhouses. We snow foam them with a Algaecide/pesticides mix, then jet wash them.
cns worx Jet wash!? You would have to take it easy with that glass, it can be quite fragile.😬👍🏼

That’s great, thanks for the tip. Love a bit of Titan Green, but I haven’t tried Vision, yet.😃👍🏼
Good work, hope the customer was happy. £75 is very cheap for two men cleaning it. I would of just given a day rate of £120 and took my time.

Hi Ash, I’ve be asked to do something similar. How did you find the wfp brush with the overlapping glass? Did the brush get in between the glass to clean it?

Ashley,
How do you find the Unger brush for WFP Window Cleaning or is it better as a scrub/general purpose brush?

What a nightmare of a job 😬 Good on you Ash 👍
Adam Davies It did turn into a bit of a nightmare really. Got it done though, and it looked pretty smart in the end.😃👍🏼
How much you charge and how long did it take mate?

@@aemackintosh yes. Hate it when you mess a price up mate!
I count it all as experience, and I will know for next time.😃👍🏼
What should you have charged
Someone in the comments suggested £120, that would have been more like it.😃👍🏼

How long did it take you to clean all that..?
Spencer j Took a couple of hours. Far longer than I thought really. Ended up being trickier than I realised, especially inside.🥵👍🏼

But the waterdrops inside? They will dry and look dirty or not?
If it’s pure water it will dry without any residue left behind.
