I worked at a Volvo dealer for 12 years.6 months for injectors and cups.Every 3rd set of cups you need a head.Right from the D12C engine the cup deal has failed.Volvo is too ignorant to go to a full common rail system.Yeah Cummins with the trash high pressure fuel pump.
Didn't use primer prior to the sealant. 2-3mm bead applied, not 100mm. I'm surprised he didn't use an impact on the swaging tool.
