Robert Smith & Peter Hamill still of VDGG are the two song writers or band front men I kind of respect as like when he’s talking here his words & thoughts seem genuine or actually from their soul & mind. I guess it’s authenticity . I still believe John Lydon says half what he says to get a reaction 🏴❤️👍
I love how humble he is and how he always insists on saying that HE is NOT the Cure. My respects go for you, Robert!

onyxena unfortunately we age and get that middle age spread but it didn’t help all the drinking he did over the years lol if he would at least cut his hair maybe die it that would help

Robert Smith is ace! He's a great person. He's a good singer, he's a good guitarist and I think him entertaining the crowd when the band was having technical problems, that's very good of him.
Smith has always given brilliant interviews, but in recent years he's become much more fired up and animated. The man is finally coming out of his shell.

His voice! I can't get over how he sounds like he did when he recorded three imaginary boys back in the very early 80s.

I really love how honest & pure he´s being on this interview, it feels like if he has so much going on in his mind, that it turns so difficult to say it at all, so he f@c#...every once in a while, absoluletly brilliant! ♥

I loved him when I was a teen. I love him now, I see why........We have similar beliefs. His acoustic sounds earily like Pink Floyd. Yet another reason I love his voice.
I met RS at Wish concert in Pittsburgh in.. What '92.... And I swear, he was going on about the monarchy!!!.. Just kidding.. We agreed that it was a perfect early summer night to play outside and also agreed it was the best concert of my life ;-)

It’s a little too late for that warning I was first introduced him one of the Music channels I don’t remember if it was VH1 or MTV but I saw the lovesong video and didn’t know how to process Roberts image how long with the bands image so I took a long hiatus and in 2005 I got re-introduced to the band and became obsessed then had to take another long break and now I’m back I feel like I missed out on a lot when it comes to the band and their performances and their music but I’m glad that the band got inducted into the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame and I’m also glad that Robert got to work with the churches on how not to drowned, I had chills all throughout my body when his part in the song came on, that made me so very happy and excited for what’s to come for not only Robert but the band as well.
I have yet to see them in person at a concert haven’t seen them live yet I would like to do that sometime but I don’t know when that’s gonna happen it’s all the shit that’s going on in the world.
Mary Is very lucky woman there’s a lot of women out in the world that would love to have a man like Robert as a boyfriend or husband. It’s very hard not to fall in love with a performer as a fan because they give you something that helps you escape the bullshit in life just for a little bit and then you have to come back to reality but I love hearing them talk I feel like I missed out on a lot because I had to take a long hiatus and I have a lot of catching up to do now
