unfortunately you have to run cmd and if you cant click on anything just press Windowsbutton+R then write cmd and enter the command: systemreset -factoryreset and then choose keep my files in this way some of your installed files can be saved but everything in the windows folder will get deleted and you will have to reinstall them again

@@reapergu6316 booted a live usb pe.. loaded registry hive for the hkey users as test.. then changed perms back.. unload test hive and done
