This clip shows the reconstruction site of Banpo Jugong apartment, one of the most expensive apartment towns in Seoul, South Korea, where two separate reconstruction projects are going on.
Area 3: Raemian TriniOne (Samsung C&T)
Area 1, 2, 4: The H Claest (Hyundai Eng&Const.)
Area 3 started construction as of March 4, 2023,
and for area 1,2,4, demolition was finished in the end of July.
Construction start for area 1,2,4 is expected to be April 2024.
The clips will be updated every two weeks until EO 2030(?) 😅
