Blue Goku's instant transmission is 2h-able cuz he's in the air as he does it, and 2h has invisibility frames against air attacks, that's why he didn't get hit
@@FULLNUII I'm just wondering if it's like base Vegeta's rocket kicks, because if Vegeta uses rocket kick on the ground, it's not counted as an air attack and thus can't really be 2H'd on reaction.
